Flagship power supply units (PSUs) are designed for users who demand the highest wattage, efficiency, and reliability for their high-end PC builds. This tier is ideal for systems with multiple high-power GPUs, overclocked CPUs, or extensive custom liquid cooling loops, ensuring stable power delivery under extreme loads. While often overkill for average gaming PCs, these PSUs offer peace of mind and future-proofing for enthusiasts and professionals.
This PSU is an excellent choice for users building extreme high-wattage systems, particularly those with multiple power-hungry components. Its 1600W capacity makes it suitable for configurations that might include dual high-end GPUs and heavily overclocked processors.
The Signature Platinum is a strong contender for users prioritizing a balance of high wattage and premium features. Its 1300W output is ample for most enthusiast-grade systems, including those with a single top-tier GPU and an overclocked CPU.
Similar to the Signature Platinum, the SuperNOVA 1300 P+ caters to high-performance builds requiring significant, but not extreme, power. It's a reliable option for single-GPU setups with high-end CPUs or moderate multi-GPU configurations.
The PQ850M is an outlier in this flagship list due to its significantly lower wattage. It's best suited for users who want flagship-tier quality and reliability but genuinely do not need extreme power, perhaps for a high-end single-GPU system without heavy overclocking.

The TR2 S, with its 600W output, is not suitable for a flagship-tier general-use PC. Its wattage is too low for the demands typically associated with high-end components.
For most flagship-tier general use cases, the SuperNOVA 1600 T2 offers the best balance of extreme wattage and value. If 1300W is sufficient, the Signature Platinum provides a strong alternative at a more competitive price than the SuperNOVA 1300 P+. The PQ850M and TR2 S are not recommended due to their disproportionately high prices relative to their wattage outputs.
